These multi-colored booties with their shiny patent leather have a retro seventies feeling look to them, don’t they? I have long been a fan of booties and with all these fabulous new styles and colors I simply could not resist this pair! Visions of blue, green, purple and fuchsia got me very excited as I saw them on Choies’ website. Known for their reasonable prices I knew immediately that I needed those fun and colorful heels in my shopping cart.

These booties bring out something fresh and exquisite out of them which I why I decided to bring back the 70s this season: Multi-colored booties, midi skirt glam, and a wool coat to keep me warm.

PS: My husband surprised me with Adobe Lightroom for Christmas and I am sure you can tell that I’ve been experiencing/working with it (especially with these images). I have used only Photoshop in the past so, Lightroom is new territory to me. Please, bear me with me as I am learning as I go, and if you should have any recommendations or tips on how to edit your images beautifully I would definitely love to hear from you!

    Vanessa you look so fierce in your camel coat! And those booties are so much fun, what a great way to add colour to your outfit. Good luck with figuring out Adobe Lightroom, I took the free 30 day trial and I still felt like everything was over my head. However, I did watch a few tutorials on you tube and other sites…and they were helpful. But for me the learning curve was steep. I guess that makes me a slow learner. lol

    I am soooo about those boots, I can see Bowie rocking them in the 70s. I look at them and I think ‘candy shop’….they are also a nice finish to an otherwise neutral/muted nude and black outfit!     Your photos always look superb. I can’t believe you’ve been using photoshop the entire time. I need to spend more time getting familiar with photoshop and learn the basics. Lightroom is easy in comparison and I think you’ll find it easy to use once you get acclimated. I’m still not very good at editig. Luckily I havd a photographer now that edits photos for me.
