German_adventures_What Would V Wear_Vanessa Lambert-2

While in Germany I had the opportunity to work with two amazing photographers: Gianluca Arangino and Marcel Huhn. We shot in Dortmund, known as being the independent city in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. We wanted to create an urban feel, and even though it rained a bit that day, the pictures came out amazing. I’ve never really worked with a photography crew before. Our shoot was very professional, from setting up lighting during our sessions to various backdrops. It truly was an amazing experience I’ll never forget.

And even though my German adventures came to an end yesterday – I’m certain that I’ll be back soon. I miss Europe, I really do. We had such a wonderful time revisiting my favorite places, from cafes (I’m a Latte Macchiatto addict!) to my university in Münster. Being with my family and friends was very special too. We shared so many laughs together which I will hold dear to my heart forever. It felt so good to be surrounded by people who have known me for many, many years.

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay in Germany, as well as Paris! I think it’s wonderful that your son was apart of it and was able to spend time with your parents and see memories of your childhood, so special! I’ve never been to Europe before, but I hear it’s more slow passed than here in the states, especially New York. The thought of it makes me want to just pack my bags asap, haha!     I love Latte Mochiattos too! These photos should be on a magazine, you are such a vision V!     wow vanessa, that photos are really too amazing, didn’t know Dortmund can be so stunning to shoot there 😀 (my university is there, and I HATE dortmund usually 😀 ) But the rain and the urabn streets look really fantastic with that outfit 🙂 it must have been such a perfect opportunity to shoot with professional photograpgers…amazing and congrats to that 🙂 the results are really SO incredible amazing <3

    Vanessa, I loved your documentation of this whole trip! From you walking on the cobblestones in Paris, to doing the heart padlock thing (shame on me, for not knowing the proper name) with your son, to going to cafes, to discovering old bookstores you used to love, then Germany…it must not have been easy to balance looking after your family, socializing with friends and family and then updating us: but you did it: WooHOooo! And you look like a Supermodel hon, so you deserve many more jobs with photographer crews! Xx
