I’m bringing boho back! It truly felt like Spring this past weekend and for some reason I felt like dressing like a bohemian goddess, you see, boho is much more than dream catchers and strappy sandals. If styled right, it can be a causal chic look that brings out all the whimsical feels…
We took these pictures at Hastings Lake, a forest preserve near to us. Sunday was so beautiful and I really wanted to go for a walk with my family. Every time we hit 50 degrees and up in Chicagoland my endorphins literally go wild…Out and about we go! But weekends also mean work! In fact, those two precious days are my busiest but I try to combine fun and work. I just feel so bad for my boys hence we took these pictures at the forest preserve. I loved how they turned out, though—I feel like they captured the bohemian spirit to a T, wouldn’t you agree? A long floral maxi dress, faux fur, suede, chunky jewellery, yep, they are are everywhere. I’m telling you: Boho is back!
