What do you really value? What’s most important to you? It seems our whole aim is geared to finding true happiness. It’s our purpose of life. I’ve been on this journey for a while and guess what?! I found it right where I am.
Life can become like a routine as we go through the motions but only if you let it to. It doesn’t have to feel like it’s Groundhog Day. As we land our feet on the ground when we wake each morning, start with positive thoughts. As you may know, I’ve picked up on Yoga again and have been practicing almost daily. It keeps my body and soul at peace. And one important thing I’ve learned from Yoga is that we shouldn’t be focusing too much on “things”. Rather focus on yourself and well-being. I think about how grateful I am for the health and well-being of those around me who I love and adore. In the commercial world of today, we are surrounded and hounded to buy this and buy that, and be this and be that, and to want and want and then want more—because advertisers and marketers tell us that we won’t be good enough if we don’t want more. Well, I started focusing on the great things I already have and hug (really hug!) those beautiful people who fill my life with love and friendship because guess what? That is what is most important.
“I was looking for someone to inspire me, motivate me, support me, keep me focused… Someone who would love me, cherish me, make me happy, and I realized all along that I was looking for myself.”

we must start valuing the small things in life. We wait for big things in life and miss out on the happiness the smallest things can bring.. Loved reading your thoughts on this topic. Amazing post.

I really value family time. There’s nothing that makes me happier than spending quality time with my family doing whatever and not having to rush to do anything, just living in the moment. Thanks for this reminder, girl. We need it more and more in the society we live in, which is way too fast paced. I hope you have a great week ahead!

Absolutely adore this post and YOU. It’s so true that we get so caught up in the outer world that we forget that what’s important is right inside of us. I attended a mental health awareness brunch and panel recently, one of the panelist said something that stayed with me. She mentioned that we should always focus on one thing at a time and do not think about anything else. Practicing that you’ll learn to be in the present. Thanks for sharing love.

That is the meaning of life everything we do goes towards finding happiness and if we stopped and appreciated what we have we would noticed that we have so much to be happy about and the people we love are the most important treasures they make us happy just by smiling as simple as that And you look lovely xoxo Cris

In what concerns myself, happiness is a state of mind, it is produced by the things that makes us happy. Even little things matter, it’s all about being ourselves. Beautiful photos as always, babe!

Happiness is something we are all entitled to, and even though some people might not admit that happiness is the true purpose of life, we all naturally spend our life time making efforts trying to find happiness.

Couldn’t agree more. A little hug can go a long way. Thanks for the good read dear.

I really like how you take things positively in your life. I guess it is good to attend a yoga class from time to time. Having a healthy mind is equivalent to a healthy body as well.

Finding happiness is about uncovering it and being all you can be in this world, while smiling as time goes by as one lives a balanced and happy life.
