I must admit I have a love affair with sweater dresses. You can wear them however you prefer, there are truly no boundaries. And it seems that the sweater dress is one of those trends that never seems to go away. For last couple of years I’ve been patiently waiting for the temperatures to drop just to slip one on.

Sweater dresses are so comfortable, allowing us to wear them however we prefer, with whatever we want, and wherever we like it, in endless textures, patterns and styles. I opted for a belted sweater dress in white. A classic. Since it is monochromatic you have the option to accessorize freely, and on cold days add an extra cozy layer to your dress. This past weekend I was able to fully embrace this body hugging sweater dress by adding some over-the-knee boots for added class, and match the chicness with a beret.
Another option to style this dress would be to complete with a faux-fur vest and skinny jeans, or faux leather pants. Go dressy for evening in an off-the-shoulder affair with a pair of statement earrings, a bedazzled clutch and chic strappy heels.
