My Facial Beauty Routine With Apothederm

Over the years I’ve learned that an effective skincare routine means carefully selecting your products. As a beauty lover, I like to update my skincare regimen to adapt to the seasons, and with winter still going strong in the Midwest I like to protect my skin even more.

I’m currently using Apothederm’s Essentials System which consists of a brightening cleanser, firming serum, hydrating eye cream, moisturizing cream and last but not least an acne clarifying treatment. I especially love its moisturizing cream since I swear on hydrating both my skin from the outside and inside. It’s extremely vital to hydrate your skin with creams and/or cleansers + be sure to drink lots of water too (hydration from the inside). Being 32 weeks pregnant I drink more water than ever—and I can already see and feel the difference, no kidding.

Another favorite of mine is Apothederm’s Brightening Cleanser. I gently massage it into my face and neck for 10-15 seconds, rinse it off with warm water and voilà, the cleanse is done! It’s loaded with SmartPeptides™ and other nutrients which means it will help your skin appear brighter and more radiant.

    I never heard of Apothederm, dear V., but I am in love with it now! It really seems to moisturize from the outside and inside, like you said, and for a heavy winter it’s so important! I liked the pictures, showing the consistency and I also liked the fact that it has smart peptides. I would love to find this line now, dear V., and I thank you for sharing and describing it!     You have such beautiful, glowing skin, my friend, so I’m always curious to know what products you’re using. This brand and collection sounds great and perfect for the drying winter months. It’s so weird because prior to pregnancy, I drank A LOT of water everyday. Then, during my first and into the beginning of my second trimester, I started drinking less because I thought it tasted like aluminum, lol. Every time I would drink it, I felt like I was drinking pure metal. My tastebuds have since changed and I’m back on track with my water, haha. Pregnancy does the weirdest things to your mind and body, not to mention emotions, huh!? Thanks so much for sharing, beauty, and I hope you have a wonderful weekend ahead!

    Your skin always look so flawless Vanessa. I’m not familiar with Apothederm products but they sound lovely. I always find my skin so dry during the winter months. I will have to check them out. Thanks for sharing.

    I want to swim in that cream. Seriosly, the Berlin winds are so harsh, booo hoooo. Great that you are getting in that water, that’s something I keep working on doing. My ma is approaching 70 and looks about 2 decades younger because- well for starters its in her genes, she eats well bla bla, buuuut at night, I watch her consume gallllllons of water.
