The only thing consistent about denim is that it will always be on trend, and the one thing I’ve learned about denim is that they no two jeans are ever alike.

Collaborating with Red Malt Denim, a local Chicago company who started back in 2011 with a vision to create quality custom-fit jeans was beyond fun. I finally found a local brand that embodies American manufacturing and addresses its customers individual fit. The pair of denim I’m wearing it tailored exactly to my body size, and I must admit: I’m smitten. There’s no better way to show off your favorite heels than with a pair of denim.

And speaking of collaborations: Nothing brings me more joy than supporting other local entrepreneurs. As an entrepreneur myself I can only hope that our community understands the importance of supporting one another. Going after your dreams does not only require confidence, hard work and persistance but frankly a great support system as well.

    I love how rich these jeans look; the wash and fit are perfection! I love how you cuffed them and paired them with these lovely brown booties, too. Speaking of brown, I’m LOVING this lip color on you, Vanessa! You look gorgeous as always, my dear friend, and I couldn’t agree more about supporting one another. There’s certainly enough glitter in the jar for everyone, so I never really understand the huge amount of competitiveness there is. The only one we should ever compete with is ourselves, by trying to be better and do better than we did yesterday.     You are doing this denim pair loads of justice V ?. Finding the right pair of jeans with the right fit can be a struggle sometimes, this one is a keeper for sure. I love the dark shade and how it contrasts with the shirt…..the booties too ?. Am also loving the growth in your photography love, the sky is the limit doll.

    And that quote is the truth right there ; no one is an island….it doesn’t hurt to support each other where you can.

    I totally agree with you that no denim is similar to the other. On that note you look so rad in the denim on denim outfit, your shoes are totally a show stopper!!
