LOVE this post! I can remember from being a kid always seeing my dad heading out for a run or taking us to the rec center to work out, and my mom hitting the nordictrack (ha!). Having those positive fitness role models made me naturally want to be fit myself and that set me up for a positive relationship with it for my whole life. This is SO important for kiddos to see and do together so I love this message. And the FitBit is the BEST for tracking. Plus I’m super competitive so I like the challenges you can do with friends.
